Contracts Advisor Compliance Department Summary The Contracts Advisor will handle all aspects of the contract management lifecycle for client -facing and vendor -facing contracts. This role supports procurement -related contracting sourcing and vendor management initiatives as well as analysis of and response to clients terms of engagement. Apply Qualifications Education & Credentials Knowledge of and extensive experience with commercial contracts and contract law terms and conditions. Experience in strategy development negotiations contract management and administration and pricing analysis. Knowledge of commercial and business practices to develop execute and manage contracts. Experience evaluating and mitigating risk in contracts. Skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions. Ability to manage deadlines work independently and collaborate cross -functionally. Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of vendor and client agreements from inception to renewal or termination. Draft review and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients to ensure terms are favorable and protect firm interests. Analyze and minimize potential legal and financial risks associated with contractual terms. Lead review and negotiation of engagement letters outside counsel guidelines and other client -facing agreements. Partner with senior attorneys to assess risk prepare markups and negotiate terms. Support negotiation and purchasing of goods and services including technology SaaS subscriptions and maintenance agreements. Assist with RFIRFP processes vendor evaluations benchmarking and sourcing initiatives. Support procurement operations including purchase orders vendor inquiries and internal coordination. Analyze supplier data including supplier diversity spend and support ESG -related procurement initiatives. Monitor contract performance and compliance with legal standards industry regulations and company policies. Act as the primary liaison for contract -related communications with internal and external parties fostering positive business relationships. Play significant role in the departments selection and adoption of contract lifecycle management software. Qualifications continued Advanced research analytical and problem -solving skills. Skill interacting tactfully and effectively in complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders and priorities. 4 years experience preferred. Status Exempt Reports To Contracts Manager Workplace Type Remote Salary range of 77000 - 124500 dependent on candidate experience.
