Contracts Associate Analyst - Houston
Seeking a detail-oriented, self?motivated Contract Support Analyst to assist with the review and booking of contracts within the service areas. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this role involves ensuring accurate contract documentation, reviewing terms and price, and supporting the execution of contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in contract administration.
Responsibilities
Support Sales through direct and indirect sales channels including interacting with third party sales channels.
Process electricity contracts for residential and commercial customers.
Collaborate with sales staff to support brokers and meet sales targets.
Understand brokers business models and tailor communication accordingly.
Proactively consult with brokers to identify the needs of customers.
Analyze complex transaction requests and facilitate communication across teams.
Build expertise in products, markets, and processes to support partners.
Assist with additional projects as assigned.
Possess a positive professional demeanor while building company credibility and brand value.
