Contracts Program Manager Supplier Vendor Management

Role: Contracts Program Manager Supplier Vendor Management- Hybrid

Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid- Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week

Duration: 6 + months

Experience: 6+ Year

Key Skill: Supply chain, circular centers, supplier and vendor management, Program Manager, Strong analytical skills, Excel, Proven experience preferably in logistics, operations or supply chain environments

Role Descriptions:

• Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management| including SOW creation| review| and execution for downstream vendors suppliers
• Partner with procurement| program teams| and suppliers post component server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
• Drive SOW drafting and approvals| including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
• Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred)| ensuring accuracy| tracking| and timely execution
• Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement transactions
• Ensure status tracking| prioritization| and timely closure of contract deliverables
• Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries| ensuring alignment across business| legal| and operations
• Maintain contract documentation| governance| and audit readiness across the lifecycle

Basic Requirements

• Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking| prioritization| stakeholder coordination)
• Experience working with supplier vendor contracts and SOWs
• Familiarity with Icertis and legal contract workflows (CELA) preferred
