Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney (100% Remote)

Job Description

A national staffing company is seeking an addition to its Contracts team. This position will be 100% remote. The Contracts Specialist or Contracts Attorney will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and monitoring various agreements at different stages of review, all while focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and fast turnaround time. This is a high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of contract review experience including reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents/contracts.
• Experience with vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy rules and regulations a plus.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law and admission to at least one state bar

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to take ownership of assigned projects. Deadline-oriented.
• Ability to conduct legal research.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $105,000. to $120,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other
