    KeyResponsibilities

    As a Contract Specialist, you will support the administration and management of consultancy, construction, equipment, technology, and service contracts throughout project execution. WorkingcloselywiththeContractManager,youwillhelpprotecttheproject'scontractualandcommercialintereststhroughdisciplinedcontractadministration,commercialreporting,compliancemonitoring,andstakeholdercoordination.

    • Administercontractsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle,ensuringcompliancewithcontractualobligations,milestones,anddeliverables.

    • Maintainaccuratecontractrecords,correspondence,notices,registers,andadministrationsystemstosupportauditreadinessandgovernancerequirements.

    • Coordinatechangemanagementactivities,includingvariations,compensationevents,claimstracking,andcontractualnoticerequirements.

    • Supportpaymentadministrationbyreviewingcontractorpaymentapplications,maintainingcontractvaluerecords,andassistingwithforecastingactivities.

    • Prepareweeklyandmonthlycommercialandcontractperformancereportstosupportprojectdecision-making.

    • Monitorcontractualcompliance,identifypotentialcommercialrisks,andsupportmitigationandauditactivities.

    • Collaboratewithinternalandexternalstakeholderstosupporttenderevaluations,contractawards,contractexecution,andprojectdeliveryobjectives.

    • 5+yearsofexperienceincontractadministration,contractmanagement,commercialmanagement,claimsmanagement,orcontractadvisoryrolessupportingmajorcapitalprojects.

    • Experiencesupportinglarge-scaleinfrastructure,transportation,industrial,marine,port,orenergyprojectswithincomplexprojectdeliveryenvironments.

    • Strongknowledgeofcontractadministration,changemanagement,claimsprocesses,commercialreporting,paymentadministration,andcontractgovernancepractices.

    • Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultiplecontractsandstakeholderinterfaceswhilemaintainingexceptionalattentiontodetailanddocumentcontroldiscipline.

    • Excellentcommunication,analyticalproblem-solving,planning,andstakeholdermanagementskillswiththeabilitytooperateeffectivelyinafast-pacedprojectenvironment.

    Salary: $108K - $115K
    Location: Elizabeth, NJ / 5 days in office
