Responsibilities: : As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a vital role in the Department of Defense Research & Development (FAR Part 35) contracts administration process. Your tasks will include: · Skillfully preparing and administering terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to our national security objectives. · Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies. · Crafting contract modifications with precision and proficiency. · Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance. · Meticulously preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations. Qualifications: : · At least 6 years of cradle to grave administration of government contracts. · Proficiency in administering all contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, grants, and OTAs · Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, law, or a related field, providing a well-rounded foundation for success. · Secret or Top Secret clearance Compensation: : · Annual salary: $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience · Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays #LI-CW2 #LI-HYBRID
