Senior Contracts Manager
McLean, VA

MUST:
Senior Contracts Manager
7+ plus years of professional experience required
5+ years of recent proven contracts experience RFP, RFQ, RFI
3 years of experience with GSA Schedules (IT70, Schedule 84)
Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS
Experience managing full contract lifecycle (pre-award & post-award)
Proposal development and submission (RFPs/RFQs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Negotiation experience with federal and commercial clients
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

DUTIES:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of Federal and Commercial contracts
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Vendor Agreements)
Support and submit proposals for Federal and Commercial opportunities
Perform pre-award and post-award contract administration
Manage and maintain GSA Schedules, including compliance and audits (IFF)
Maintain SAM registration, eBuy, and GSA reporting requirements
Develop and manage pricing resources (rate cards, vendor quotes, cost structures)
Maintain contract files and internal systems accurately and timely
Provide contract-related risk analysis and support corporate strategy
Collaborate with leadership, clients, and internal teams to ensure contract success
Contribute to CMMI processes and continuous improvement initiatives
