Shift: Afternoon Shift | 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM | Monday – Friday (9-hour shifts)

Pay Rate:$18.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium ($19.50/hour total)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Control Process Operator to join our team in Mason, MI. In this role, you will set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that heats, mills, cuts, forms, drills, broaches, or reams metal and processed material parts. You will make general decisions regarding quality, tolerances, and operation sequences while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery and mills to precisely cut or form parts.
• Troubleshoot and correct faulty machine programming.
• Read blueprints and tape measures proficiently to verify dimensions.
• Load and unload materials and safely transfer inventory to storage.
• Maintain quality standards, checking tolerances and operation sequences.
• Complete required production records and follow standard safety practices.
• Participate in safety committees or workplace initiatives as assigned.

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
