Competitive Pay & Career Growth

Our Control Room Operator I position base pay starts at $92,000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.  We provide a structured career progression based on skills, experience and performance with advancement available to Control Room Operator II and Control Room Operator III roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor pipeline and facility operations through our centralized SCADA system
• Respond to alarms, changing conditions and operational events in real time
• Coordinate with Field Operations, Engineering, Automation and IT teams to maintain safe, efficient operations
• Initiate emergency shutdowns (ESDs) when necessary and monitor system impacts
• Track tank levels, line pressures, flow rates and system integrity using dashboards and KPIs
• Document operational events, incidents and emergency activity in electronic logs
• Communicate timely updates to field personnel, management, and stakeholders
• Support daily operations by identifying issues and helping troubleshoot with internal teams
• Monitor facility security through video systems and auditing tools
• Prepare routine and ad hoc operational reports
• Participate in weekly operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
