Controller
$130,000-$160,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely close processes
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to provide financial analysis, business insights, and decision support
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and performance reporting
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and coordinate internal and external audit activities
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function
• Develop, mentor, and lead accounting and finance team members
Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• CPA preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing operations strongly preferred
