Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financePrior leadership experience managing or developing accounting teamsBackground in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related operations-based environmentsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Operations or Supply Chain teamsStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysisComfortable operating in a hands-on, onsite leadership role.
