Position SummaryWe are seeking an on-site Controller in Coppell, TX to lead our financial operations, accounting, payroll, and HR functions. Reporting to the CEO, this role balances hands-on technical execution with strategic executive leadership to ensure robust internal controls and comprehensive cost accounting. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Cost Accounting: Direct close cycles (GAAP); manage standard costs, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.FP&A & Systems: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, CapEx ROI analysis, and act as the core process owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Compliance & HR: Manage multi-state tax compliance, coordinate external audits, oversee full-cycle payroll processing, and guide HR policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.10+ years of progressive accounting experience (5+ years in management).Hands-on cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with a major ERP system.Background presenting financial data to executive leadership or lenders.Preferred: Active CPA; experience with Dynamics 365; background in aviation or regulated aerospace manufacturing.Benefits Package401k, 401k matching at 100%, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance 2x Wage, AD&D 2x Wage, Paid Time Off, and Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employment.Superior Air Parts is an equal opportunity employer.Background checks and drug screening are required for this position due to the nature of customer requirements and safety.
