Controller
A rapidly growing, service company in Kern County is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team. Salary range-$110,000 - $125,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Overview of the Controller role:
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Partner closely with the CFO to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Oversee accounting operations across multiple business entities
- Supervise and mentor the Senior Accountant and accounting support staff
- Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls as the organization continues to grow
Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- 5+ years of accounting experience
