Job Description
Controller
Salary: $170,000–$190,000 + discretionary annual bonus
Location: Boston, MA in-office work schedule

Responsibilities of the Controller:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and staff
• Own financial reporting and general accounting activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinate tax, audit, and year-end reporting requirements
Controller Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Professional Services setting
• Strong hands-leadership of the accounting function and team
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow experience
• Experience handling day-to-day accounting operations and developing staff
