Position: Controller/CFO

Location: Tulsa, OK (ONSITE)

Comp: $105,000-120,000

SBCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller/CFO to join our clients' team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will also play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

- Manage cash flow and ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable

- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance with all tax laws and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and profitability

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and financially sound

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting

- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving business growth

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- High level of integrity, with a commitment to ethical and transparent business practices
