Controller - Construction Company (Columbia, MO)

Why this role?

You'd report directly to the CEO of a growing construction company and lead its entire finance function. Pay is $150,000-$200,000+ plus up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits
• Leading the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years in accounting or finance, including 3+ in management
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) and a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from O'Fallon to Columbia, MO is required.
