Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing operations and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial reports
• Develop financial forecasts and assist with pricing strategies
• Lead system upgrades and process improvements for our Deltek platform
• Create and implement new financial processes and controls
• Evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions to replace manual systems
• Supervise finance staff (initially one temporary employee)
• Build out the finance team as the company grows

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar financial management role
• Required: Deltek software experience, including knowledge of system upgrades
• Background in architecture, engineering, or related industry
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls
• Experience transitioning manual/paper-based systems to digital solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with team management experience
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
