Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights.
- Lead integration of financial and operational systems
- Improve reporting and month-end close processes
- Support future growth and acquisitions
- Provide stronger financial visibility to the PE
