About the Role: Controller

We’re seeking a Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and finance. From AP/AR to payroll and the GL, you’ll keep the numbers accurate, the reporting clean, and the compliance on lock. You’ll also be the go-to person for audits, budgeting, and system upgrades while helping the organization level up its financial operations.

What You’ll Do: Controller

Oversee AP, AR, payroll, GL, and vendor management
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with supporting analysis
Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor the annual budget
Lead audits, reviews, and regulatory cost reporting
Roll out smarter processes that boost efficiency, transparency, and compliance
Maintain org-wide financial and accounting policies that keep everything running tight

What We’re Looking For: Controller

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related (MBA/advanced degree = big plus)
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (nonprofit or healthcare sector preferred)
Someone ready to not just “do the work” but raise the bar
