Pathway Talent Partners is partnering with a well-established industrial company to identify a Controller who will oversee accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. This individual will partner closely with leadership, supporting a multi-location organization with a strong reputation, long-term stability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
The Controller will provide hands-on leadership across accounting functions, financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls while helping drive continued growth and process improvement within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee general accounting operations and financial reporting activities
Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial results
Manage key reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Assist with cash forecasting and day-to-day treasury activities
Develop reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and operational initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements
Support payroll administration and related accounting functions
Participate in audit preparation and other strategic finance projects
Contribute to the continued enhancement of internal controls and financial processes
Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years' experience in either public accounting or corporate controller role.
ERP System experience preferred.
Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
