What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Controller who is
both strategic and hands-on—someone who can lead the accounting function but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig into the numbers when necessary.
The right person will be comfortable partnering with executives and operations leaders, explaining financial results in plain English, identifying issues before they become problems, and helping the business make better decisions.
Experience in a
project-based, operational, or field-services environment is a major plus, particularly for candidates who understand the financial impact of project margins, labor, materials, job costs, revenue, and cash flow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who wants to have a meaningful impact on the business and serve as a key member of the leadership team.
If you're an experienced Controller looking for an opportunity to lead, build, and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!Ref: #209-Rowland Houston
