Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making
• Prepare financial outlooks and business performance forecasts for management
• Partner with key business areas to develop financial plans and future projections
• Analyze monthly financial performance, comparing actual results to targets and identifying variances
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, cost accounting standards, and financial regulations
• Support special projects within the Global Finance Organization to enhance efficiency and performance

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Degree in Finance or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, cost accounting, and project controlling
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations, including SOX, IAS/IFRS, and U.S. GAAP
• Experience with bank and corporate guarantees and letters of credit
• Working knowledge of VAT systems and related regulations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating and communicating effectively across teams
