Job Details

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance for an established manufacturing company. An active CPA license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Manage internal controls, accounting policies, and financial risk mitigation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounting personnel and improve financial processes.
• Analyze financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments on financial planning and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems
