Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis to support business performance.
• 
  
• Oversee core accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• 
  
• Manage annual audits, tax preparation, and compliance while ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• 
  
• Develop, mentor, and lead the accounting team while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a CPA or CMA designation.
• 
  
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities and strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, internal controls, and cost accounting.
