Controller

This Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. This role also partners with leadership to manage budgets, analyze project profitability, support strategic decision making, and drive the organization's financial performance.

Description

Oversee month end and year end close
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability
Manage revenue recognition and WIP reporting
Support audits and maintain internal controls
Partner with leadership on forecasting and financial planning

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including project accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
