Controller- Manufacturer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plant Controller to oversee financial operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing production costs, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Plant Controller will collaborate closely with plant management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A background in manufacturing finance and experience with ERP systems is highly desirable. The Plant Controller will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization within the plant.
