Salary: $164K - $200K

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting operations
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and ACFR preparation
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, GASB, and governmental financial reporting requirements
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and operational efficiencies
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop and lead high-performing finance teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active CPA license in good standing
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including ACFR oversight and GASB compliance
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams within a governmental, utility, or public-sector environment preferred
