Controller

We’re hiring a Controller for one of Southwest Florida’s premier homebuilders and developers. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity leading a full-service accounting department and partnering with the CFO on the financial management of the company’s homebuilding entities. The role centers on team leadership, monthly financial reporting, construction draws, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Accounting team leadership
• Monthly financial statements
• Construction draws
• Budgets and cash flow forecasting
• Cost-to-complete reporting
• Process and systems improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Construction industry accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Sage 300, NetSuite, or similar
• Strong Excel skills
• CPA preferred
