Controller

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Controller to fulfill an immediate need.




This individual will be responsible for:

• Own the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, financial reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee accounting operations, including reconciliations, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, internal controls, and compliance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP optimization
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team as a hands-on player-coach, performing detailed accounting work as needed
• Ad hoc work as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
