This individual will be responsible for:
- Own the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, financial reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Oversee accounting operations, including reconciliations, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, internal controls, and compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP optimization
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team as a hands-on player-coach, performing detailed accounting work as needed
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
