FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced Controller for one of our clients. This role is ideal for an accounting leader who excels in financial oversight, internal controls, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and internal controls
• Manage accounting team and daily accounting operations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with auditors and tax professionals
• Support financial planning and analysis initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required
• 7+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite
