What You Will Do

• Oversee the financial operations and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage and optimize financial reporting processes using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide the company’s financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 7–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred

• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits
