Salary: $125,000-$150,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- The Controller will lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Manage the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and review of accounting activities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in partnership with business leadership.
- Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and pricing insights to management.
- Coordinate external audit activities and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience.
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred.
- Public accounting professionals with manufacturing client experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
