• Compensation: $120,000-150,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• 
  
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and business decisions
• 
  
• Manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• 
  
• Monitor financial performance, analyze revenue and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members by establishing performance goals and providing ongoing coaching
• 
  
• Partner with leadership and other departments to provide financial insights that support business growth
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• 
  
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations
•
