We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and finance functions for our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, and operational support.
- Pay Rate: $55-$70/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Assignment Length: 12-Month Contract

Duties:
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.
- Manage annual audits and support compliance with accounting and tax requirements.
- Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets.
- Monitor inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, and working capital.
- Track capital expenditures and provide profitability analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop management reports and support continuous process improvements.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for the corporate office.
- Perform additional accounting and finance functions as assigned.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of accounting and management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
