We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and finance functions for our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, and operational support.


+ Pay Rate: $55-$70/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

+ Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

+ Assignment Length: 12-Month Contract

Duties:


+ Oversee monthly financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and balance sheet reconciliations.

+ Prepare forecasts, budgets, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.

+ Manage annual audits and support compliance with accounting and tax requirements.

+ Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets.

+ Monitor inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, and working capital.

+ Track capital expenditures and provide profitability analysis to support business decisions.

+ Develop management reports and support continuous process improvements.

+ Prepare monthly reporting packages for the corporate office.

+ Perform additional accounting and finance functions as assigned.

Position Requirements:


+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

+ 5+ years of accounting and management experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

+ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.


Requirements: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $55.00 - $70.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
