Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 + 20% annually

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• The Controller will lead all core accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, leases, and month-end close activities.
• 
  
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to US GAAP.
• 
  
• Oversee external audit support, compliance activities, balance sheet integrity, and risk mitigation efforts across the accounting function.
• 
  
• Partner with finance and business leaders on complex accounting matters, financial performance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• 
  
• Play an integral role in acquisition readiness, due diligence, integration efforts, and post-close accounting activities.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership of accounting operations and month-end close (in a manufacturing environment).
• 
  
• Experience with leading teams and M&A.
•
