Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including Project Accountants, AP, and accounting staff.
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities.
• Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Support financial reporting, analysis, and accounting operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of six finance and accounting professionals.
• Assist with process improvements and scaling accounting functions to support company growth.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or comparable accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with Intacct or another large ERP system.
• Construction, architecture, manufacturing, or other project-based industry experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 (dependent on level of previous experience)
