Accounts Payable
Receive and verify vendor bills, ensuring proper coding and documentation
Record vendor bills in the accounting system and monitor bank accounts and credit cards to record bill payments
Perform A/P reconciliation monthly, ensuring all payments are applied against open balances
Maintain vendor records (W-9s) to support year-end 1099 reporting

Coordinate with the outside CPA firm on tax filings and year-end information

Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your numbers
Can identify issues without being told
Are comfortable working in an environment where systems are improving and not everything is perfectly structured
