We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support industrial automation and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role focused on programming, troubleshooting, controls integration, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and VFD systems
Support controls integration across automated manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related equipment issues
Work with robotics, conveyors, vision systems, and automated inspection equipment
Maintain and update electrical schematics and controls documentation
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance
Assist with automation upgrades and continuous-improvement projects
Work collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
Qualifications
5+ years of controls engineering or industrial programming experience
Strong PLC, HMI, and VFD programming and troubleshooting skills
Experience with mechatronics, automation, or controls integration
