YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement HR processes and structures that support the site's growth while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Ohio labor laws and adherence to KERN LIEBERS' global standards
• Efficient recruitment and onboarding to improve speed, quality, and employee retention
• Deliver training and development programs and meet compliance requirements
• Building local talent pipelines through career centers and working closely with the CORPORATE HR department
• Managing the HR information system and payroll, and collaborating with EHS on occupational safety

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR and a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Ohio labor law and U.S. employment practices
• Experience working with expatriates, labor unions, Paylocity, 401(k) plans, and EHS
• Confident communication and collaboration across all levels and regions (additional language skills are a plus)
