Key Responsibilities

Analyze, modify, and support CNC machine control programs
Troubleshoot CNC equipment, PLCs, and control systems
Assist with new equipment installation, integration, and commissioning
Work with servo drives, VFDs, and I/O systems
Resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
Partner with engineering/operations to improve machine reliability
Maintain control standards, documentation, backups, and upgrades

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years in manufacturing, automation, or machine controls

Required Skills

PLC programming (ladder logic preferred)
CNC machine controls experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, controls)
Ability to read electrical schematics
Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, and industrial controls

Preferred Experience

Fanuc or similar CNC controls
Precision machining or aerospace manufacturing
Machine installation/integration/upgrades
Industrial networking (Ethernet/connectivity)
CAD for electrical schematics (2D/3D a plus)
