Role: Conversational AI Engineer (Agentic UX)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2.5+ month (33hr/week)

Skills: Agentforce Service (Service Cloud), UX and conversation design for Agentforce (voice/chat), empathy calibration and tone, workflow design and usability testing in a live environment. Healthcare/pharma experience is a plus.
