Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Chief Operation Officer of Hospital Scheduling Operations provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and execution leadership for hospital-based scheduling operations across Operating Room (OR), Labor & Delivery (L&D), and Centralized Nurse Staffing (CSS). This role integrates enterprise strategy with operational execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while delivering efficient, high-quality, patient-centered scheduling services. Leads large-scale, multi-site operations and drives performance through process optimization, technology enablement, and workforce management strategies. Accountable for service delivery across the scheduling continuum, including contact center integration, patient access, and staffing coordination.
