Skilled in people leadership, process optimization, and technology enablement.
<\/p><\/li>
Data -driven, strategic thinker, with strong financial and operational acumen.
<\/p><\/li>
Adept at balancing founder vision with operational discipline.
<\/p><\/li>
Tenure of 3–7+ years per role in prior leadership positions (not a job hopper).

Must reside within 1 hour of Grand Junction, CO or be willing to relocate.
