Key Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations, ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking
- Cook and arrange food ensuring appealing and delicious presentation
- Maintain a sanitized, organized, and tidy kitchen environment
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders efficiently
- Check quality of ingredients and use various culinary techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cook with strong culinary skills
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and following sanitation procedures
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus
