We are seeking a full-time Cook 1 for our Clayton Clubhouse. Cook 1 ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage an assigned station with consistency and efficiency.Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and Club expectations.Complete daily prep and maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and freshness.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.Communicate product needs, shortages, and equipment concerns to the Sous Chef.Assist with banquet production and help train junior kitchen staff as needed.Follow food safety standards and support overall kitchen operations.Cook 1 Qualifications2–4 years of professional kitchen experience.Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.Ability to independently manage a station in a fast-paced environment.High-end restaurant, hotel, or private club experience preferred.Reliable, consistent, and able to work well under pressure.Food safety certification preferred.
