ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Set up and maintain a stocked workstation; help stock and clean the line

Complete assigned prep and read tickets to prepare items on time

Follow recipes, guidelines, and portioning strictly; monitor quality, appearance, correctness, and safety

Run dishes through the industrial dishwasher promptly; check machinery daily; know, change, and test chemicals

Keep dishware, work areas, and surfaces clean and sanitized throughout the shift

Execute dish pick-ups and line sweeps

Receive and put away stock; keep dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized

Take out trash and boxes daily

Operate kitchen equipment and communicate effectively with front of house, back of house, and leadership

Support teammates, stay positive under stress, and keep the environment fun and professional

Requirements:

LOVE for the restaurant industry

Follows detailed directions, standard procedures, and company policies

Prepares food to specification and maintains food and beverage quality

Safely uses kitchen tools and machinery

Stays organized, multitasks, and follows through in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting

Moves constantly throughout the kitchen

Keeps a clean, safe work environment and maintains the flow of washables

Contributes to a fun, lively atmosphere
