Ark Academy is a faith-based early learning center committed to nurturing young hearts and minds. We’re seeking a dependable and caring Cook to prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals and snacks following USDA guidelines and center menus
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Track inventory and order food/supplies as needed
Accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions
Support a warm and welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our faith-based mission
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience preferred (childcare or institutional setting a plus)
Ability to meet state licensing and food safety requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for serving children and supporting a positive learning environment
