Pay & Work Schedule

Pay: $21-$24 per hour, based on experience

Full-Time Position | Flexible Scheduling

• Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Friday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Saturday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Additional Days: Flexible scheduling available for remaining shifts.

Candidates must be available for the listed Monday, Friday, and Saturday shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Cook, you'll play an important role in creating fresh, flavorful meals and memorable dining experiences for our residents.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes and menus.

• Ensure meals meet quality, presentation, and portion standards.

• Accommodate special dietary needs and therapeutic diets.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

• Assist with inventory, food preparation, storage, and kitchen organization.

• Collaborate with the Dining Director and culinary team to ensure smooth, timely meal service.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a reliable, skilled Cook who enjoys working with a team and takes pride in every meal prepared.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous professional cooking experience in a restaurant, senior living community, healthcare facility, hotel, country club, or commercial kitchen.

• Experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, Grill Cook, Prep Cook, Dietary Cook, or similar culinary role.

• Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and portion control.

• Ability to prepare meals for multiple guests while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Experience with special diets or large-volume cooking is a plus.

• Strong time management, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Dependable attendance and availability for the required shifts.
